Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Processing

At Nurtured Club, we carefully prepare and ship your orders daily, with collections taking place six days a week (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed before 12pm are prioritised for same-day dispatch (subject to availability). Any orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day.

Delivery Options


  • Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 2–3 working days from dispatch

  • Next Day Delivery: Available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12pm

Orders placed on weekends or after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Delivery Notes

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasional delays can happen due to:


  • Weekends and UK bank holidays

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier delays or industrial action

  • Busy seasonal periods

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.

Busy Periods

During high-demand periods (such as launches or promotions), dispatch times may be slightly extended. If there are any significant delays, our team will be in touch.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer once the order has left the UK.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products or items where the seal has been broken.

  • Sale items are non-refundable

  • All returns must include your order number and name

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If your parcel is confirmed as undelivered, we’ll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
